Prize draw terms
Last updated 30 October 2026
1. Who is running the draw
The promoter is PerkIQ Ltd, company number 17102662, registered in England and Wales at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF ("PerkIQ", "we", "us"). Entries are taken online at www.perkiq.co.uk/benefits-iq. We do not accept entries in any other way.
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by LinkedIn, or by any other site where it is promoted.
By entering, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can enter
You must be aged 18 or over, live in the United Kingdom, and be able to answer questions about your own organisation's employee benefits. Employers, brokers, advisers and benefits suppliers may all enter, answering for their own organisation.
Employees of PerkIQ Ltd, members of their immediate families, and anyone else involved in running the draw cannot enter.
We may ask any entrant to show that they meet these terms. An entry from someone who does not meet them is not valid.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Complete Benefits IQ at www.perkiq.co.uk/benefits-iq using your work email address, and accept these terms. Personal email addresses (for example gmail.com or outlook.com) cannot be used to enter.
You must enter for yourself. Entries made by someone else on your behalf, in bulk, or through an automated service are not valid. By entering you confirm that the details you give are true, and that you are able to share your answers on behalf of your organisation.
Your answers do not affect your chance of winning. Every valid entry has the same chance. Employers can earn one extra entry by completing the free Benefits Snapshot (see section 5).
An entry counts only when it is completed and received by us. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete because of a technical problem outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of your device, connection or browser.
4. One entry per company
Each company has one entry from Benefits IQ (employers can earn one more, see section 5). We treat entries using the same work email domain as the same company, and count the first completed entry. This includes shared domains: for example, everyone using an nhs.net address counts as one organisation. Later entries from that company can still see their own results but are not in the draw.
If the same organisation enters using more than one email domain, we may treat those entries as one company and count only the first.
If the person whose entry counts asks us to delete it before the draw closes, the next completed entry from that company takes its place.
PerkIQ is also running a separate Benefits IQ prize draw for the Payroll Ninjas community. An organisation may enter both, and an entry in one does not count against the other. A Snapshot completed under section 5 earns the extra entry in both draws.
5. A second entry for completing the free Benefits Snapshot
Employers can earn one extra entry into the draw. To get it, someone at your organisation must, by 11:59pm (UK time) on Tuesday 1 December 2026, create a free PerkIQ account using a work email address at the same domain as the entry, and complete the free Benefits Snapshot in that account.
The extra entry is added to your organisation's Benefits IQ entry. It does not have to be the same person who entered, as long as the email domain matches. The extra entry is in the name of the person who entered Benefits IQ. We check this when the draw closes.
- It is one extra entry per organisation, however many people complete the Snapshot. No organisation has more than two entries.
- It is only for employers. Entries from brokers, advisers, benefits suppliers and other organisations keep one entry, because the Snapshot is designed for employers. Your organisation type is the one you chose when you entered. We may check it, and remove the extra entry if it is clearly wrong.
- The Benefits Snapshot and the PerkIQ account are free. You do not need to pay, choose a paid plan or give payment details, and you do not need to agree to receive marketing.
- You do not have to complete the Snapshot. Your Benefits IQ entry is a full entry on its own.
6. Entries we can exclude
We may exclude an entry, or an entrant, from the draw if we reasonably believe that:
- it does not meet these terms;
- it was completed faster than a person could read and answer the questions, or by automated means;
- false details were given, or more than one identity or email domain was used to get more entries than these terms allow; or
- the entrant has tried to interfere with the survey, the draw or our systems.
If you think your entry was wrongly excluded, email info@perkiq.co.uk and a person will check it.
7. Opening, closing and the draw
Entries open at 7am (UK time) on Monday 2 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm (UK time) on Tuesday 1 December 2026. Entries completed after the close are not in the draw. The time recorded by our systems is final.
The winners are chosen at random by computer from all valid entries, including any extra entries earned under section 5, by Wednesday 2 December 2026: first the hamper winner, then the five mug winners one at a time. When an organisation wins, all of its entries are removed before the next draw, so no one can win more than one prize.
We keep a record of how the draw was made so it can be checked, and may ask an independent person to witness it. Our decision on who has won, made in line with these terms, is final.
8. The prizes
There are six prizes: one Christmas Fortnum & Mason hamper, worth about £120, for the first winner drawn, and one Le Creuset mug, worth up to £15, for each of the next five winners drawn.
Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are sent to a UK address. If a winner claims within the time in section 9, we will send their prize so that it is due to arrive before 25 December 2026. If we have to draw again for a prize, we will send it so that it is due to arrive by 31 December 2026. If a prize does not arrive, tell us and we will follow it up with the courier.
The hamper contains food and drink, which may include alcohol and allergens. A winner can ask us for the contents list before accepting it.
Prizes are supplied by their makers, and any guarantee is theirs. Winners are responsible for any tax that may be due on their prize.
This prize draw is not sponsored or endorsed by Fortnum & Mason or Le Creuset.
9. The winners
We will tell each winner first drawn by email to the address they entered with, by Friday 4 December 2026. If we draw again, we will tell the new winner within 2 working days of that draw. Each winner has 7 days from the day we email them to reply and claim their prize. Before sending the prize we may ask the winner to show that they meet these terms, for example that they are 18 or over.
Some employers have rules about accepting gifts. It is the winner's responsibility to check their own employer's policy, and they may decline the prize.
If a winner does not claim in time, cannot be contacted at the address they entered with, cannot show they meet these terms, or declines the prize, they lose it and we will draw again. A winner from a redraw has 3 days to claim. We will draw again no more than twice for each prize; if it is still not claimed, it will not be awarded.
We will not publish any winner's name without their agreement. On request, we will give the winners' surnames and counties, unless a winner objects. If they object, we will still give their details to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks.
10. Your answers and your results
Your results and the summary report are general information about benefits. They are not advice, and they do not recommend any product, provider or course of action. PerkIQ is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Please take your own advice before making decisions based on them.
We own the Benefits IQ survey, the comparison and the summary report. You agree that we may use your answers, combined with others and without your name, email address or organisation's name, to produce, publish and improve our benefits benchmarks and services.
Taking part does not create any obligation between your organisation and PerkIQ, and the draw is not intended to influence any business decision.
11. Your data
How we use your data is set out in the privacy notice. Agreeing to these terms lets us contact you about the draw and send you the summary report. Anything else from PerkIQ happens only if you tick the box for it when you enter.
12. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses, such as loss of profit, income or opportunity, because you take part in the draw in a personal capacity.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes and cancellation
If something outside our reasonable control means the draw cannot run fairly or as described, for example fraud, a technical failure or a problem with a prize supplier, we may suspend, change or cancel it. We will say so on this page, and will not make a change that disadvantages people who have already entered unless it cannot be avoided.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Only PerkIQ and the entrant can enforce these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
