Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about PerkIQ.
The score is 100% deterministic. It is calculated from your benefit selections with no AI involvement. Each of the 7 categories (Pension, Wellbeing, Financial, Communication, Learning, Family & Lifestyle, Leave & Flexibility) contributes to an overall weighted score based on your Snapshot or Deep Dive answers. Snapshot scores are capped at 75 per category. Run a Deep Dive for full scoring.
Gaps are categories scoring below 40, indicating critical areas needing immediate attention. Concerns are categories scoring 40-59, representing areas for improvement that are not yet critical. Both are highlighted in your report and Insights page. Your recommended actions are tailored around these.
You can retake the Snapshot or Deep Dive whenever your benefits or policies change. There is no limit. Your previous results are saved so you can see progress over time.
The Snapshot is a shorter, high-level Health Check that gives you a quick overall score and category breakdown. The Deep Dive asks more detailed questions per area and produces richer insights and action recommendations. Both feed into your dashboard and Insights.
