Strapline
Count is a UK app that gives employees personal financial advice, covering budgeting, saving, investing and pensions.
Sync Savings is a UK payroll savings scheme: employees save part of their pay each payday into an easy-access savings account.
What's included
- Personal recommendations. Advice and a suitability report across ISAs, pensions (SIPP) and general investment accounts.
- Budgeting and saving. Budgets, savings goals and an emergency fund based on each employee's income.
- Tax allowances. Help making use of ISA and pension allowances.
- Annual reviews. Yearly reviews, plus prompts when an employee's circumstances change.
- Payroll savings. Employees save from their net pay each payday, automatically, into an easy-access account.
- Open to every employee. Sync says everyone is eligible from day one, with no forms or document uploads.
- One payroll deduction. Employers add a single deduction to payroll and run payroll as normal.
- Through payroll or benefits platforms. Available through Sync's own portal or a supported payroll provider or benefits platform.
Who it's for
- Employers wanting to offer financial advice to all staff: each employee can get a personal recommendation based on their own circumstances.
- Mixed-pay workforces: the service is the same at every salary level.
- Teams with little time to run sessions: employees use the app in their own time.
- Employers wanting group sessions or webinars: Count works one-to-one through its app.
- Teams whose main need is pay access or borrowing: earned wage access or salary-linked lending providers focus on that.
