Questions about plans & billing
Every paid plan is the same full platform. Your team size sets the price: up to 50 employees is £65 a month, up to 150 is £95, and up to 500 is £145 (annual prices, ex VAT). Above 500 employees is Custom. There is no feature difference by team size.
Yes. As your team grows the price moves up with your headcount straight away. If your team shrinks, the lower price applies at your next annual renewal, so you keep what you've paid for.
Paid plans are billed for 12 months upfront (annual) or in monthly instalments across 12 months (monthly). Your plan renews at the same rate unless your team size changes or you notify us before renewal. We send a renewal reminder 30 days out.
You're in Custom territory. Pricing starts from £215 a month and includes single sign-on, a security review and guided onboarding. Book a call and we'll scope it with you.
No setup fees on any plan. Onboarding is self-serve on Starter and the full platform. Custom accounts get a guided onboarding session as part of the deal.
