By accessing or using PerkIQ ("the Service"), operated by PerkIQ Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms govern all use of the PerkIQ platform by HR administrators and their organisations.
PerkIQ is a SaaS platform that helps UK-based SMEs assess, optimise, and manage their employee benefits programmes through structured diagnostics, deterministic scoring, and provider matching. The Service includes health checks, insights, a benefits marketplace, and action tracking tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access unauthorised data, reverse-engineer any part of the Service, or use it to harm others. PerkIQ reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Certain features of PerkIQ are available under paid subscription tiers. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are detailed in your subscription agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PerkIQ, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
All content, software, algorithms, and scoring models within PerkIQ are the exclusive property of PerkIQ Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your company data remains your property.
PerkIQ provides insights and recommendations as informational tools only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. PerkIQ Ltd shall not be liable for any decisions made on the basis of platform outputs. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
